The Stainless Steel Lab Precision Reaction Vessel is a premium laboratory core component engineered for ultra precise material processing and reaction control, constructed entirely from food grade 316L stainless steel.

 
Its cylindrical main body and integrated top cover are formed through a one piece stamping process, followed by precision CNC machining to ensure a seamless structure with zero welding defects on critical pressure bearing surfaces.
 
The entire exterior and interior surfaces undergo a mirror polishing treatment, achieving a surface roughness of less than Ra 0.4 micrometers, which not only eliminates dead corners for easy cleaning and sterilization but also prevents material adhesion during reaction processes.
 
Equipped with a multi port modular design on the top cover, the vessel features evenly distributed circular connection flanges with standardized clamp interfaces, allowing for flexible configuration of stirring devices, temperature sensors, pressure gauges and material inlet and outlet pipes.
 

The central stirring port is machined with a high precision bearing seat mounting surface, ensuring concentric rotation of the stirring shaft and minimizing vibration during high speed operation.

 
The side walls of the vessel are integrated with multiple symmetrical observation and operation ports, each fitted with a high transparency borosilicate glass window sealed by a fluorine rubber gasket for pressure resistance and chemical stability.
 

The vessel’s base is designed with a reinforced circular stainless steel bracket, featuring adjustable leveling feet to ensure stable placement on uneven laboratory workbenches.

 
An integrated pressure relief port is embedded in the lower part of the side wall, connected to an internal safety valve core to automatically release excess pressure and protect the vessel from structural damage. Each unit undergoes a helium leak test and a hydraulic pressure test at 1.5 times the rated working pressure, ensuring absolute airtightness and structural integrity under various experimental conditions.
